The building is situated on a compact plot in the central part of the city of Varna, within a densely urbanized environment. The functional program comprises a total of five residential units, organized to ensure optimal sunlight exposure. The façade system is ventilated and constructed from large-format porcelain stoneware panels, composite cladding, and natural wooden finishes. The materials have been selected for their durability and aesthetic appeal. The volumetric and spatial composition is distinguished by a precise interplay of contrasts, while maintaining a clear functional logic.
