BRIZ residences

The building is located on a steeply sloped site with an approximate elevation difference of 14 meters. It comprises two entrances, with three above-ground levels and two semi-underground levels. Pedestrian and vehicular access to the building is from the northeast, via the main service street. On the southwest side, there is a landscaped courtyard featuring a sports field, a children’s playground, a green area with outdoor fitness equipment, and a barbecue zone. The façade finish consists of fiber cement cladding on a ventilated façade system or mineral render.
